Software

It is based on power-engineering balance of the medium transported. It is based on a precise measuring of pressures and on statistics of possible anomalies evaluation. The statistical procedure takes into account the dynamics of processes in the medium transported, changes of pumping mode and other circumstances, which influence the detection sensitivity and accuracy.

It evaluates the physical conditions in the protected pipeline on a continuous basis and informs the attendants immediately on occurrence of a possible leakage, with a high accuracy of the medium leakage from the pipeline point localization.

The system can be applied for a number of media of various density. It serves for the routes transporting the liquids, steam, gas or their mixtures. The system comprises also a transmission of necessary data among the line stations and the control centre (operation dispatching centre).

The expert modules of the system monitor the trends of the status values in relation to operating mode and enable to take measures to optimize processes with respect to preserving of a maximum safety both in the course of pumping and at rest conditions.

The both-way communication modules form the basic element of the SSP II communication with the surrounding systems. The line measuring stations, besides communication with the SSP II dispatching centre, can cooperate with the local measuring, telemetric, or security subsystems.

The tuning modules in the line measuring stations and in the dispatching centre perform an automatic adaptation of the SSP II to possible operating changes. The system perfects its detection properties, sensitivity and accuracy on a continuous basis.

The software works under the WIN XP or VISTA operation system, with an output to the dispatcher‘s terminal.
