Concerning the requirements of the security modules, particularly those of leakage detection, the demands for the communication speed and quality are minimum ones. In practice the networks of radio-modems, GPRS systems, PCM, optical links, satellite communication, etc., satisfy with a sufficient reserve.

Special protective algorithms and procedures safeguard the system against incorrect interpretation of damaged or mutilated reports. The system uses a communication protocol of its own, with a possibility to include communication of alien systems.
